CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Appointment & Cancellation Guidelines Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure every client receives the best experience, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Waxing Services A card is not required to book waxing services. However, repeated missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings. Facial Services Because facial treatments are longer, reserved experiences, a card on file is required to secure your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 30% service fee, and missed appointments may be charged in full.
